What should I wear?
Business casual with spring colors preferred. Jeans are 100% encouraged and welcomed! Western/Business Casual
How do we get to the venue?
When you turn into the park from the highway, go to the left of the “park office”. Drive past the office and follow all signs that point to “Ring Mountain Event Center”.
Where do we park?
Please drive slow due to terrain. Please advise there is limited parking.
We will have a sign to help locate parking area. We will have a shuttle bus to take everyone up to the venue due to terrain. Please be prepared for possible wait for shuttle.
What are the ceremony rules?
Our ceremony will be a UNPLUGGED ceremony. Not only do we want to live in the moment with friends and family, but we also have paid for a photographer to capture this moment. Please be considerate and courteous and put ALL electronics away and silent them during our ceremony. Please NO cameras or phones.
Are Children Allowed?
Absolutely! Please RSVP for children as well. Please be advised that the venue isn’t super big so please take that into consideration as well. We also ask for you to bring a quiet distraction for young ones during the ceremony.
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for joining us during such a special time in our lives. Your presence means the world to us, and we’re excited to share this milestone with those closest to our hearts.
As we celebrate, we kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us create a joyful and harmonious atmosphere. Given the sensitivity of current political and religious discussions, we respectfully request that these topics be set aside during the celebration. Let’s focus on love, happiness, and the joy of being together as we create lasting memories.
